Dear Customers,

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve services, we are changing our 56k Dial in number.  This new number will provide local call cost Internet access, Australia wide, via a single number.  This change is effective immediately.  Our present Dial In numbers 62653333, 62653300 and 0198371260 will cease as of Tuesday, 30 November 2004.

Some customers may have already had the following changes implemented, however if you are unsure, please check using the following instructions.

If anyone is unsure as to how to complete this process, please do not hesitate to call our help desk on (08) 9221 6966.  (You will need to be able to access your computer running at the desktop at the same time).

Regards
Quik Internet WA
